IT outsourcing is full IT management: monitoring, strategy, infrastructure. Helpdesk is reactive user support. We can provide both together or separately.
SLA-based service agreements with response times, service level and fee clearly defined. Minimum 3-month term, then monthly termination option.
We start in parallel: document the system, then gradually take over. Transition typically takes 1–2 weeks with no disruption.
The starting base fee is HUF 80,000/mo (net), covering 1 dedicated engineering resource and basic monitoring. Exact fee confirmed after requirements review.
