We come to you, examine the machine and give an exact quote — work starts only after your approval.
We carry out the repair and verify operation — every repair ends with full testing.
We hand over the repaired, tested machine — with invoice and warranty. We remain available for any questions.
Not necessarily. We resolve many issues remotely (TeamViewer). If needed, we come to you — travel fee depends on distance.
Software issues typically 1–2 hours, hardware repairs 1–2 business days. Exact time given after diagnosis.
Before repair we assess data health and make a backup if needed. Data security is a priority with us.
Yes, we source RAM, SSD, HDD, battery, cooling and display parts. Part cost is charged on top of the labour fee.
